Do you provide shipping services?

Yes, we certainly do! We offer worldwide shipping with reasonable shipping charges. For Bahrain, a delivery fee of 1. 5BD is applicable. During promotions, a minimum delivery/shipping charge of 5BD may be enforced. If you have any inquiries about the shipping of your Soko order, please note that we process and ship out all orders from Saturday to Thursday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping in Bahrain will typically be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. For GCC orders, please allow up to 7 working days for fulfillment. Rest assured, we pride ourselves on our swift service! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Where will my Soko order ship from and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

All Soko orders are shipped out of Bahrain. Standard shipping orders typically arrive at their final destination within 3-8 business days from the day they are shipped. For payment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Benefit debit cards. For orders outside of Bahrain, we suggest using Visa, MasterCard.

How do I apply my discount code?

Discount codes can be applied to your order at checkout. Please input your discount code at the top right of the page, above your cart total. Thank you. Upon clicking 'apply,' your discount will be subtracted from your cart total, allowing you to proceed to the payment method. Please be aware that only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers. 

Would it be possible for me to receive some samples?

Absolutely! In fact, you will receive a complimentary sample with each purchase. However, please note that availability may vary depending on the season.

Regrettably, we are unable to fulfill requests for extra samples. Regrettably, we occasionally conduct promotions and provide sample offers.

Can modifications be made to or can I cancel my order?

Here at Soko, we diligently strive to expedite the delivery of your orders. Upon payment acceptance and order confirmation, the shipment process commences promptly. If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at info@sokostore. com as soon as possible. There is only a short timeframe before your order is processed and prepared for shipping, but we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been shipped out yet. If you need to cancel your order completely, there may still be time to do so in order to start anew. Please urgently email us at info@sokostore. com with the subject line "cancellation" along with your full name and order number. Thank you. We will inform you of the options available to address this issue. If an item in your order was damaged during transit, please contact us at info@sokostore. com with your order number, full name, and a photo of the damaged item, and we will assist you promptly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
